Sparks of Gratitude

The morning was crystal clear at sunrise. Gentle sunshine illuminated the garden into glowing shades. Jewel-liked dew drops on the grass sparkled in the dancing light while the birds were chirping. Blessed moment and space for Pranayam! Each breath was vivid with pleasant smooth sensation and texture. The in-breath brought in cool freshness that spread inside the chest and awakened the whole body into ecstatic rapture, vibrating field of gratitude and joy. How beautifully simple this is! Thankful for the morning and this breath.
